This BMS is designed to charge and manage the use of a lithium battery. It will manage the charging when used with an apropriate constant current power supply for the battery. It will also protect the battery from both over voltage and under voltage. It also features over current and short circuit protection.

This BMS will charge 1 lithium battery like 18650 or 26650. It will also charge 1S LiPo (Lithium Polymer) battery packs.

A constant voltage/current power source is needed to properly use this BMS like the BCD5A or BCD9A
